We started in Roxborough Park, Colorado, in 1987. We immediately took on many large, custom projects, allowing us to hone our craft quickly. By 1999 we added log homes to the practice, the "next level", as most people know.
As owner, I have over 40 years of entrepreneurial and construction industry experience including 17 of those years supplying and consulting other contractors with wood care products designed and created by us "in house".
We currently manage a portfolio of custom homes: hybrids, wood sided and log homes and all of their related needs. Time practiced has given us many additional clients with aged decks to replace. So we brought in the trade of deck replacement. Specialty crafts such as finish removal/replacement, paint, and sealant installation (cheque (crack) filling and chinking) allows us to deliver a "complete"contract, or any part thereof. We do not have subscriptions nor maintenance contracts. We will earn your repeat business.
Our trained professionals will handle your project with the utmost care and attention to detail. As General Contractor, when applicable, we supply and manage all trades coordinated in the collaboration of your project's completion.
